A new residential care home for Camphill Village Trust, who offer opportunities for people with learning disabilities, mental health problems and other special needs to live, learn and work with others of all abilities in an atmosphere of mutual care and respect.  The organically shaped building is designed to create unique individual spaces, reflecting and strengthening this ethos.

The sustainably designed unit accommodates 10 bedrooms, with a ’house-parents’ flat, living room, dining room, office, laundry etc. It provides opportunities for residents to try a more self-reliant lifestyle while remaining within the community and benefitting from its support.  The building
promotes sustainable design, featuring rainwater harvesting and solar thermal panels systems.
