A new build 5 bedroom detached family house and double garage, within a Conservation Area. 

The client’s brief was that the building should sit well within with the traditional character of the surrounding streetscape but should seamlessly accommodate a modern interior.

Internally at ground floor, a sense of spaciousness and light was created within the deep floor plan.
Living, kitchen and dining areas were arranged as a series of interlocking spaces, producing an ‘open-plan’ effect.  Large external sliding doors provide a visual and physical link to the garden ‘living area’.
